The first module in the Coaching Approaches to Mobility (CAM) Programme is free for members to access over the summer and will be available until August 31st. The CAM Programme is made up of four Programmes (A,B,C & D) and Programme A consists of three Components;

MIM Fixed Syllabus Programme
The Managing International Mobility Fixed Syllabus Programme was designed by EuRA to equip the teams of its member companies with the expertise necessary to deliver exceptional services to their clients.
Made up of four online modules, it forms the core educational qualification, MIM Graduate.
MIM+ Training
MIM+ Training Modules are aimed at experienced relocation professionals and those looking to specialise in more in depth mobility issues.
MIM+ Modules are worth 50 credits towards your MIM or MIM+ qualification depending on the content. The 4 Coaching Approaches to Mobility Modules also count as MIM+ Modules and are also worth 50 credits each.

A revolutionary, university designed programme for the relocation industry
This revolutionary programme was jointly developed by EuRA and The International Centre for Coaching and Leadership Development at Oxford Brookes University.
MIM Fellowship
The MIM Fellowship is the highest level of certification in the EuRA Academy. Once you have become a MIM+ Graduate you are eligible for your MIM Fellowship.
To gain this prestigious certification, you must successfully submit a 2,500 word Case Study on some aspect of your professional development. There is a short free to access Module in the Academy to guide you in all aspects of the Case Study.
Online Legal Workshops
We are launching a new member-specific Legal Workshop training. These workshops will be available to members according to their specific training needs and will be tailored for managers or groups of employees.
Topics available include:
- Data protection
- Anti-bribery
- Negotiating skills
- Dispute handling
- Contracts
- Legal issues
The workshops will combine learning with group discussion and will be delivered via Zoom by Gordon Kerr, EuRA's Strategic Consultant for Legal.
The cost will be €600 plus VAT for a 2 hour workshop.
Each workshop will be worth 25 credits towards EuRA Academy MIM and MIM+ for all attendees.
